Tuxedo Saber Hit- 3yr 16.3 h and growing registered Oldenburg gelding https://www.allbreedpedigree.com/tuxedo+saber+hit He is sired by a spotted draft horse out of Spellbound (Soprano) an Oldenburg mare.
Tuxedo is another horse that came to us with all the hard work done from groundwork, lunging, ground driving, wearing the tack, standing in the stirrup and leaning over him. He was ready to have a rider up and boy if all horses were as easy as him everyone would be starting horses. He has just been brilliant from his first lunge session here.
He is a very large horse for a 3yr and quite growthy so we will be taking our time but despite his size the balance is quite impressive and as everyone noted his canter is so darn nice! We rode him western the first ride and today in english tack. When they are this good the ride is very short because they are just doing all the right things.
I am not sure exactly what direction he is leaning towards right now but it will sure be fun to find out. We will be doing a lot of adventures with him as he gets going.
He is just as sweet as they come and has truly been a pleasure to work around with everything we have done so far.
