For the California Chrome lovers! 

Pressing Concern is a 7yr 16h gelding sired by California Chrome out of a Wild Rush mare https://www.pedigreequery.com/pressing+concern He had 43 starts for 78k. He just ran this week. He is retiring sound, no injuries and has no vices. He does have a scrape or something on the left hind pastern that they covered in blu kote so it's very purple at the moment  

He just arrived late yesterday so is still in the process of relaxing and settling in but wow he is just so pretty. We did some pictures, free video and hopped on for his first ride. He enjoyed finally getting some time to really stretch his legs after being at the track. He looked very cute out in the free area. He stood quietly to be tacked. He has been great with grooming, baths, wash stall, etc. Stood good at the mounting block. For a horse that ran this week you can see him trotting and cantering around on the buckle. This boy is going to be a very quiet type. He really started to stretch and loosen up as he went but he really just arrived so some downtime will serve him well.

He has a huge booty on him and I know that as he lets down he is going to be a chunky type. He has a big chest, barrel and butt on him. Not the biggest horse but takes up a lot of leg. He seems very personable and well mannered so far. 

We are extremely full here so he is exactly mid 4 carrots at the moment.
