 J Roll- 4yr 16.1 h still growing TB gelding sired by Wildcat Red out of a Hey Chub mare https://www.pedigreequery.com/j+roll If you are looking for a horse that is let down for a year post track, barefoot, sound, QUIET, safe and fun this is your guy!!! He had four dismal starts on the track and retired sound with no injuries and has no vices this time last year. I bought him from his trainer who had him since a yearling.

I sold him to Ava Green who is now riding here this time last year and she bought him to be an all around fun horse/boyfriend horse/lesson horse and he has done that job perfectly. He is the TB that you can throw on the trailer if you haven't ridden in a month and go trail riding. He had his first ride in my ring today where we had taken out all the jumps and had them all piled up to the side which all the horses here were like OMG we could die but he could have cared less.

He has taught lessons, jumped around baby courses, been on trails, bareback and just been that all around fun safe reliable kind of horse. There is something to be said about a horse with his brain and combine it with a horse that is pretty darn fancy to boot!

He is still quite actively growing. I honestly don't know a lot about those bloodlines but last year he was 15.3 and he is still very growthy so I really do think he will be at least 16.2 maybe bigger. He is just a slow grower.

He is a super nice mover and a horse that you can ride up into the contact or on the buckle. I think he could excel in the hunter ring but honestly is one that could do it all. He has such a lovely soft canter. Just very rideable in all aspects. If you want to just walk around on the buckle he is happy to do that.

He has been slowly introduced to jumping and is very brave and willing but because he is still growing she hasn't pushed that too hard. He is very brave and leads the trail rides like a champ!

Did I mention he is barefoot? He has also been living outside in a run in situation and flourishes but also great in a stall. He has a very large in your pocket personality. He LOVES toys. He will put everything in his mouth. He will walk himself with his lead rope. Total goof! If you want that in your pocket best friend type he sure is that.

This is a best friend kind of horse. I can see him being awesome out hunting, eventing, hunters, etc. Just such a nice horse!
