 Honey- 15.2 h 11yr gypsy/shire palomino pinto mare. Talk about the coolest versatile go have fun kind of horse. I have really started to hunt these types down because it seems like people are just asking for athletic fancy types that are a bit smaller and really safe. I think she checks all those boxes!

Honey has had a lot of professional training in western and western dressage. She is just super nice on the flat. Really good set of brakes, soft, moves off your leg well, balanced and just does exactly as you ask. You want to go more forward she is happy to do so. You want to western jog/lope she says no problem. She has trail miles galore the kind that come from lots and lots of time in the saddle. Honey also has had at least a foal or two from what I was told.

We will do some english as well but sometimes when we are doing our first ride Western is just fun to do. I am not sure about her jumping experience but she was game to jump right over everything even the scary fillers. I don't think much bothers Honey. She did some flag work. Justin did all sorts of fun western moves with her and tested out all the buttons. Of course he had to test if he could do a quick stand up and jump off her back which of course she rolled her eyes about....lol :)

We are going to have a ton of fun playing with this one. I would not be shocked if Justin tells everyone else hands off his horse. He already had her braided up and looking pretty!

Honey is as sweet as they come. Excellent for shipping, grooming, baths, clipping, ties, tacking, mounting and all the things. Really just a nice type. I think she is such a cute mover and just could do so so many things.
