   Heart of Gold aka Goldie- 3yr 16.1 h rapidly growing registered Thoroughbred/Clydesdale cross mare. I know there are a lot of us that just covet this breed because you get the athletic ability of the TB combined with the bone, feet and a bit slower thinking brain of the clyde. This mare is an exceptional stamp of a horse and I like to think I am NOT barn blind. She is such a fantastic mover with a canter that is just as dreamy as it gets. The brain on her cannot be beat. I have never seen her be bothered by anything and my barn is very busy and my ring is often a bit of a three ring circus with horses lunging, jumping, etc. I truly believe she will standout even among the warmbloods! She is just that nice.

I have people that get so hung up on the age of the horse but at the end of the day, they show you who they are very early on in life. This mare never puts a foot wrong. She is brave, confident, smart and fun. She does everything a 3yr should be doing at this stage. Really soft in the bridle, good off the leg, rides english and western. Has shipped off the farm to go trail riding. Will lead or follow. Goes through water, mud, ditches, past traffic, etc. Excellent to load, unload, travels great, ties to the trailer and all that good stuff. We haven't done much jumping but everything about her indicates she will have a super jump. They are just really growthy horses so slow and steady is my mantra with them.

She is sound, no injuries, no vices, barefoot, easy keeper and just absolutely perfect to handle in all aspects. Baths, grooming, tacking, lunging, mounting, etc. She has excellent ground work put on her. She is good in turnout, in her stall, with others, etc. She is kind, sweet and very much a mare that everyone would like have in their barn.

I truly see this mare being one that could excel in so many different directions. She is absolutely stunning and fancy already as a 3yr. I can only imagine that she will be show stopper as she continues to mature. Everyone that watches her go just remarks how special they think that she is which has been great to hear.
