Goliath De B'Neville is an absolutely stunning 9yr 16.2 h Selle Francais gelding that I imported from Canada. He has spent years jumping around the 2'6"-3ft division with an ammy rider who shared him with his daughter. Extensive show miles on this one! He also most recently started foxhunting prior to arriving to us.

This is just a really really cool horse! What is so interesting about him is that he is just QUIET like don't ride him in a week get on and he just goes around like an old school horse kind of quiet in the middle of a freezing cold winter. He obviously is so schooled but we are working on teaching him a bit more about stretching and connection. I am sure he is like wait nobody talked to me about this but he is very agreeable to adapting to a different ride.
I can see why people like this kind of ride because he just gives a very safe secure feel. You have to really put some leg on to kick him up the bridle. His lead changes are so schooled he will do them if we kick with the wrong leg :) We are like come on bend around the inside leg and he says cool lead change....no but good try buddy!
We have taken him to one hunt but it was the cursed hunt so that day went to s**t and we need to try again when there is less chaos. We popped him around some xc to see if he liked that and he was quite game.
I am kicking around sending him out on consignment because I think this is a very very high quality type of horse that a ton of people want/need and well we don't really the jumper shows that may be needed to successfully market him well enough. He has a good show record but we aren't competing him. It's just tough with a barn full of young horses to get out and away to shows. Sometimes I feel like a horse is just too fancy to be in my barn. I know my strengths and weakness when it comes to sales. Established show horses...not exactly it but man we just LOVE riding him.
For the meantime, he is getting fit and learning some different things while I ponder consigning him to a jumper program.
