    Gigi- 6yr 16h draft cross mare with tons of quality mileage in the ring, trails and more! Gigi is one of those horses that you just see and think wow she is stunning. She has solid bone, lovely feet, uphill conformation, gorgeous head and is just overall put together beautifully.

She is just so lovely both in the ring, trails and more. This mare is super nice on the flat and the type that we just love to ride because she is light, soft, uphill and so balanced. Just a rubber bit and fingertip kind of ride. What is awesome about her is that you can ride her around on the buckle and her balance/rhythm never changes. When I look for good hunt horses this is what I personally think are the nicest type to ride because they give you that super nice uphill feel without ever pulling! She makes such a pretty shape whether in the contact or on the long rein. She is also the type that will tolerate a rider who might kick, pull, fall back, bounce on her back or make a lot of mistakes. She is just going to slow down and think okay let's wait for them to regain their balance.

She is brave and confident on the trails and will lead through traffic, across ditches, up and down banks, water and so much more. Goes lovely in western tack just as she does in english tack. I was told she has hunted but I haven't verified that. Everything about her makes me 100% sure this mare is going to rock the hunt field without a doubt. She handles chaos, rough footing, unbothered by dogs/noise, etc. She is sturdy and built to go all day but at the same time quiet and not hot.

We have ridden her in the fields, taken her off the farm to trail ride, jumped her around xc and so much more. She is just a super fun reliable kind of ride. She went XC (8/13) and was absolutely awesome. She doesn't have a ton of jump experience but this mare will jump anything! She gets better with her understanding of the balance each time she jumps. She was beyond brave with jumping everything in the xc field today from elementary to novice! She doesn't always have the perfect jump each time but when she doesn't she learns from it and jumps better the next time. I just love that no matter what happens she is game to jump the jumps!

She is also super duper fancy on the flat with stunning movement, an uphill way of going, super hind leg and a dreamy uphill canter! She had been more in a hunter type program but honestly she is a super fancy dressage type. What a stunning shape she makes and just a great feel she gives through her body. Did I mention how good her brain was because boy she is the type that you can just ask all the question and she is happy to do it.

Most recently Gigi went to a jumper show in super wet gross conditions and was just an absolute star! When I tell you this mare is transforming into nice to fancy in a very short time I think you can just see it in the videos. I suspect she had extremely limited jump training when we got her but look at her now! She is really starting to make such a nice shape, pop off her changes and is just loving it. One thing I can truly appreciate about her is that no matter what she always jumps. You can get it so wrong or she gets it so wrong and she just keeps on going getting better and better. You can visually see how her canter is changing in just a short time with us which is already creating this nice jump. I love watching horses learn! This is a horse that I can tell you is as safe as it gets but trust me she is just way fancier than we can even show right now. I don't know that we will still have her but if we do I know that in another month she is going to really have figured it all out and be something that demands attention. I think at the jumper show she was just showing off like hey look at me I have this all figured out now :)

Sound, no injuries, no vices, gorgeous feet and just an overall easy horse who has no quirks about her. I have now seen two horse shoppers ride her and she was absolutely foot perfect for totally different riders/styles of riding which is also very important to note!
